We trust that you have successfully registered to attend the ICAHS 2026 Conference.

With the desire to introduce delegates to the cultural capital of Hanoi, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, Golden Tour (Official Travel Agent of ICAHS 2026) would like to introduce the Hanoi Evening Tour on 12 November 2026 to all delegates – an Old Quarter walk, dinner at a local restaurant and the Thang Long Water Puppet Show (18:00 – 22:30, special price USD 65 per person). The tour starts right after the conference sessions from the Meliá Hotel Hanoi (conference venue) and returns to the Meliá at about 22:00.

Please register online by 9 November 2026 at the latest – limited seats available.

In addition, Golden Tour also organizes several optional Pre & Post Tours on 13 November 2026. You can also book airport transfers with this form.

Before you start, please have ready: the passport of each traveller (name, date of birth, nationality and passport number are needed for the tour insurance) and, if you need an airport transfer, your flight details.

Payment: by credit card (secure payment link sent by email) or in cash at the registration desk at the conference venue on 10 November 2026.
