It is time to make a commitment to attending the ACML from Dec 04-08 in Hanoi! We need this commitment so that we can make advance payments to reserve the activities.

Please register before Nov 11, 2024 (2nd period)
After the last booking deadline (November 11, 2024), hotel room prices may increase by 5 - 10 USD / 1 room / 1 night)

Required Deposit: Please pay a deposit to allow us to make the advance payments necessary. The remainder of the registration can be paid 10 days before the event or upon arrival. We will have a much better idea of the real costs once all the registrations are in and we know what we can plan for.

REGISTRATION AND ADVANCE PAYMENT

Registration Notes
• Conference (regular and student) registration fee includes admission to tutorials, workshops & conference sessions, four lunches, refreshment breaks, welcome reception, and conference banquet.
• Student participants must show their student ID at the registration desk, and provide details during registration.
• Invoice for registration fee will be sent to your e-mail address that you provided during the online registration procedure.
• General inquiries on conference registration can be sent to acml_2024_registration@googlegroups.com.

Author Policy
• Each accepted paper from either the conference or journal track must (1) be presented at ACML 2024 in order to be published, and (2) must have one author registered for the conference by the early rate deadline.

Cancellation Policy
• No refunds will be made unless a cancellation request is sent to acml_2024_registration@googlegroups.com before 1st December 2024, all refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, and registering authors cannot cancel.
• Any registration fee will not be refunded on-site.

Payment
Currently, there are 02 forms of payment:
• 1/ Web Online credit card payment
• 2/ TT Bank transfer

1/ Option 1: Web Online credit card payment
• Step 1: Go to the OnePay site at this link and fill in the required information
• Step 2: A Onepay screen will appear with the amount of money you need to pay
• Step 3: Fill in and proceed to pay
If you get a "Payment Failed" error when paying with your credit card, please try to pay at https://acml2024.onepay.vn/

2/ Option 2: TT Bank transfer
You will transfer to GOLDENTOUR BANK ACCOUNT and the bank transfer fee is to be paid by you.
• Step 1: Open banking app and prepare to do transfer.
• Step 2: Enter recipient GOLDENTOUR BANK ACCOUNT with Swift code and detail as below. Remember to include the transaction description (ACML 2024 Conference / Registrant's full name), and pay the correct amount as listed in the registration form.
• Step 3: Screenshot the transaction and send it to acml_2024_registration@googlegroups.com
